ABOUT ME
By now you’ve probably guessed — I’m Sam.
I’ve been photographing weddings for almost eight years, and I genuinely still love every minute of it.

I’ve been married to my wife Abi for 14 years (and counting), and we have three wonderfully wild daughters — Willow (9), Wren (5), and Wylder (3). Life is busy, loud, and full-on… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love new experiences, meeting new people, and exploring places I’ve never been before. Whether that’s hiking up a mountain, jumping into the sea, getting lost in a forest, or wandering city streets — if there’s a sense of adventure, I’m in.

That love for adventure is a huge part of how I approach photographing weddings. I’m drawn to real moments, movement, emotion, and days that don’t follow a script.

When I’m not shooting weddings, you’ll usually find me somewhere between sport, coffee, and music — if we start talking about those, we could be here a while

If you’re planning a wedding that’s more about experience than perfection, I’d love to hear your story.

WHY CHOOSE ME?
VIBE CHECK
If you’re looking for a wedding day that feels relaxed, unforced, and free from stress, we might be a great fit.
My approach is laid-back and informal.
I believe the best photos happen when people feel comfortable being themselves — when nothing is rushed, staged, or over-directed.

You won’t find me barking instructions or forcing awkward poses. I’m confident in my craft, which allows me to work quietly and intuitively — stepping in with gentle guidance only when it’s needed, and giving you space the rest of the time.

The result?
Natural moments, real emotion, and photos that actually feel like your day.
PHOTO LOVE
Every couple is different — the people, the energy, the way love shows up. That’s something I genuinely value.

My goal is always to tune into your vibe and photograph the day in a way that feels natural to you. If public displays of affection aren’t your thing, I won’t be asking you to kiss in front of a crowd. And if you’re all about laughter, chaos, and playful banter, we’ll lean fully into that.

There’s no right or wrong way to be — just your way.

At the end of it all, I want you to look through your photos and see yourselves reflected back. Honest, personal, and true to who you are.
